Shipping
Your order will normally be shipped within 72 hours (except weekends) via Airborne Ground. You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. Airborne Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available for additional charges. Shipping charges are subject to change.
International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island and APO customers: Extra shipping costs are incurred for orders sent outside the continental USA.

If you have questions, call Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm Central time at 1.800.736.7326. To return or exchange an order, have your invoice number ready and call 1.800.736.7326 during business hours. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and returned in the original packaging to receive a refund, except for the shipping charges.
Our Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, return it within 30 days and receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Shipping is not refundable. Limited Lifetime guarantee on defects in either materials or workmanship wil be replaced or repaired, at our option, free of charge. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
